As part of our commitment to customer service, AVC Motors Ltd can, if so required, provide a fully itemised written estimate before any work is carried out. Should any additional work be required, your approval will be sought before any work is undertaken.
Our fully qualified staff aim to complete work on time. If, for some reason, your car is not going to be ready as promised, we will make sure that you are notified in good time. We have direct Internet access to many suppliers, enabling us to check their stock levels and identify parts. We maintain a complete service history of our customers' vehicles and can provide automated reminders of pending MOT, servicing, timing belt replacement and air conditioning evacuation / recharge dates. In 2003 European Union legislation was passed to give motorists more freedom regarding who could work on their vehicles. Independent garages such as AVC Motors can carry out services and repairs, in addition to main dealers warranty, providing that they are carried out according with manufacturer's servicing schedules, use parts of an appropriate quality and record the service.

All work completed will be recorded in the vehicle service book. This may enhance the resale value of your vehicle, by demonstrating the regular maintenance by a reputable garage. All our parts and labour are covered by a 12 month/12000 mile guarantee.
